Ingredients
- 2single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Medium
Method
- Brown the Butter in a pan and leave to cool.
- Whisk the Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla in a bowl to Ribbon Stage.
- Fold in the Sieved Flour and Bicarbonate of Soda.
- Pour in the cooled Butter and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Butter and Flour the Madeleine mould.
- Pipe the batter into the moulds, about 3/4 full.
- Cook on Gas 6 or 7 for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and dust with Icing Sugar.
