- 1135ml Semi Skimmed Milk!
- 454g Plain White Flour!
- 3single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Large!
- 10g Butter!
- 100ml Vegetable Oil
Method
- Melt butter, add to the milk in a mixing bowl then whisk in the eggs, add 1/2 the flour and whisk in.
- Then stir in the rest of the flour in stages to ensure lump free and to keep a good consistenc.
- Leave to rest for at least 5 min.
- Warm a crepe pan with a little oil until smoking, swill oil around the pan, pour off excess, then add mixture ensuring an even coating and base of pan is just covered with thin film of mixture.
- Cook and turn when top of mixture has gone dry. Use as required.
