  • 500g Plain Chocolate Callebaut
  • 120g Caster Sugar

Method

  • Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie.
  • Break up the chocolate add the cream and sugar.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Re-heat in a bain-marie before serving.
