1600g Button Mushrooms
400g Plain White Flour
500g White Breadcrumbs
25g Curly Parsley
2single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Large
1g Cooking Salt
1g Ground White Pepper
Method
Wash thoroughly, drain and allow to dry.
Pick, wash and finely chop the parsley,
Add parsley to breadcrumbs.
Add seasoning to flour then place flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs into 3 separate trays.
Place mushrooms into flour and coat, remove any excess, place into egg wash, coat and then remove excess, place into breadcrumbs, coat,remove any excess.
Store in fridge until required.
