Ingredients
- 600g Plain '00' Strong White Flour
- 6single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Large
Method
- Sieve the flour on to a clean /dry work surface
- Make a well in the middle of the flour
- Whisk the eggs up and pour into the well
- With your fingers work the flour into the egg
- When you have mixed in all the egg you have to Knead the dough for about 10 minutes into a smooth ball of dough.
- Cling and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before using.
