Method
- Toast the Pine nuts in a pan for a few minutes/until golden.
- Place into a food processor with the other ingredients. Only use 150ml of the oil, and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a jar and cover with the rest of the oil.
- It should keep in the fridge for 10-14 days.
