Ingredients

  • 200g Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 300g Plain White Flour

Method

  1. Cream and soften the Butter and the Sugar togther.
  2. Add the Flour and mix well.
  3. Form into a ball and roll out to about 1cm thick.
  4. Cut into your chosen shape.
  5. Sprinkle with Castor Sugar and place on a baking tray with a gap.
  6. Chill for 20 minutes.
  7. Cook on Gas 5 for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
