Method
- Cream and soften the Butter and the Sugar togther.
- Add the Flour and mix well.
- Form into a ball and roll out to about 1cm thick.
- Cut into your chosen shape.
- Sprinkle with Castor Sugar and place on a baking tray with a gap.
- Chill for 20 minutes.
- Cook on Gas 5 for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
