  • 200g Tinned Caramel
  • 250ml Double Cream

Method

  1. Loosen the Caramel with 50ml of the Cream.
  2. Whip the rest of the Cream to a stiff peak.
  3. Fold into the Caramel.
  4. Refrigerated for 2 hours.
