Ingredients

  • 1g Bay Leaves Dried
  • 100g Carrots
  • 1 Celery, Head
  • 100g Courgettes
  • 100g Leeks
  • 100g Cooking Onions
  • 0.5g Thyme
  • 1single Bouquet Garni, Single
  • 250ml White Wine
  • 20g Seasoning
  • 1200ml Water

Method

  1. Peel courgette.
  2. Split onion and seal on stove.
  3. Wash all other veg.
  4. Chop veg roughly and place in a saucepan.
  5. Add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool with veg in liquor. Strain and store.
