150g Butter

145g Caster Sugar

2single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Large

150g Ground Almonds

30g Plain White Flour

1single Egg Yolks, Single

5ml Natural Almond Extract

Method

Place the butter and sugar into mixing bowl and thoroughly beat until light and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Sieve the flour and mix with the almonds, add to the mixture and beat in slightly.
Use accordingly.
