150ml Lemon Verbena Syrup
- 0.5tsp Agar-Agar Gelatine Substitute
Method
- Add the Agar Agar to the Syrup and return to the boil whisking occasionally.
- Add the Syrup to a container to cool. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
- If using as a Jelly - cut shape and serve.
- If using as a Fluid Gel blend, check consistency and pass into a bottle and serve.
