- 4single Eggs, Single Raw Whole Large
Method
- Boil the water add the butter, sugar and salt.
- Once the butter has melted bring to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour.
- Return back to the heat and cook out until mixture leaves the side of the pan.(stirring and binding at all time)
- Cool slightly.
- Beat eggs together and add to the roux gradually until all ingredients are combined.
- Use accordingly
